Dr. Vaibbhavi Ranavaade is a designer, educator, researcher, author, and entrepreneur with a deep commitment to preserving India's textile heritage through contemporary design. With extensive academic and industry experience, she combines traditional craft knowledge with modern aesthetics to create meaningful and sustainable fashion.

She is the author of Indian Sari: Sartoria and Semiotics, published by Routledge, UK and her work reflects a unique blend of cultural research, artisanal craftsmanship, and conscious design. Through Vaibbhavi P, she works closely with artisan communities across India to create collections that celebrate indigenous textiles, natural dyes, and ethical production practices.

Pruthviraj Madhukar Ranavaade

Pruthviraj Ranavaade is a Management Graduate with professional experience in leading multinational corporations, where he built his expertise in Human Resources, people management, organizational development, and business operations.

Bringing a strong corporate foundation to entrepreneurship, he leads the strategic, commercial, and operational functions of Vaibbhavi P. His focus spans business development, exports, partnerships, customer engagement, and scaling the brand while remaining true to its values of sustainability and ethical production.

Combining corporate discipline with entrepreneurial vision, Pruthviraj plays a key role in transforming Vaibbhavi P from a purpose-driven fashion label into a globally recognized sustainable fashion enterprise. His passion lies in creating opportunities for Indian artisans, expanding the brand's international presence, and building a business that generates both economic and social impact.
